HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Royal Empire Hospitality provides the brands and management to the hotel owners and manage the entire show. We provide the brand standards, operating standards, hire and train the staff, do budgeting & financial planning, handle day to day sales and online distribution, handle loyalty program and represent the hotel at various trade shows.

The well experienced management team provides the guidance and support to the hotel operations team and monitor the hotel performance on daily basis. Brand Audits are conducted to maintain the hotels standards and to check the hotels performance in a detailed way.

HOTEL SALES & MARKETING

Our corporate Sales team will sell the hotel to corporate, travel agents, professional conference organizers and will help hotel achieve its occupancy and revenue targets. Corporate Marketing and PR team will ensure that the hotel is talked about in the travel media, print media, social and online media to create awareness about the product and create a positive brand image of the hotel.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Today the highly competitive market, in which business operates, requires a skillful workforce in order to remain a successful player in the competitive game of the industry. One of the main obstacles which occur in the workplace is the lack of training and development.

At Royal Empire Hospitality, each training program aims to have an impact on the guest experience and support the culture of our Company.
